Winter seems to be fast approaching and tomorrow is the autumn equinox. For those who don’t know what that is, it is the day of the year where day and night are equal length, and signifies entry into winter.
We spend a lot of time in Pubchurch thinking about the Celtic year. We believe that it’s often in nature, especially in the natural calendar that we can learn most about God. We learn about love and loss, about death and rebirth.
So tomorrow, we’d like to invite you all to a (child friendly, multisensory) autumn equinox walk around fields and woods at Amelia Trust Farm, near Barry. Forecast is sunshine so it looks a good day for it. The plan is to meet at the play park there from 2.30 onwards for a 3 o clock start to walking, lasting about hour or so.
RSVP via the contact page, and I’ll send you a number so you can find us.
